Terms & Refund Policy

These terms apply to every purchase made on this website. The site and the Seasons devotional series are sold by Eddy Guerrier, LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Refund & Replacement Policy: 7 Days
You have 7 days from delivery to request a refund or a replacement. After 7 days, all sales are final.
Changed your mind? Within 7 days of delivery, you may return any book that is unused and in the same condition you received it, and choose either a refund or a replacement:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery to start a return. We'll send you the return address.
- You pay the cost of shipping the book back to us, and the original shipping charge is non-refundable.
- Your refund (the price paid for the returned item, plus any sales tax on it) is issued to your original payment method once we receive the book, or we ship your replacement at that point.
- Books that are written in, marked, damaged after delivery, or not returned within 14 days of your request aren't eligible.
A problem with your order? If your book arrives damaged, has a printing or binding defect, or isn't the title or edition you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. You can choose a full refund (including shipping) or a free replacement, and you won't need to send the book back unless we ask, in which case we'll provide a prepaid label.
Order never arrived? If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of purchase, contact us and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days after they're issued, depending on your bank. Promotional discounts have no cash value; a refund covers the amount you actually paid. If we cancel an order ourselves (see "Orders" below), you'll be refunded in full. If you have a problem with an order, please contact us before disputing the charge with your bank; we'll resolve it quickly under this policy.
Products and Prices
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. A price change won't affect an order that's already been placed. We make every effort to describe our books and display prices accurately; if an error occurs, we may correct it and cancel affected orders.
Orders and Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Your order is accepted once payment is confirmed. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and is shown before you pay.
Shipping
We ship to addresses in the United States only. Standard shipping is a flat $5.99 per order, regardless of how many books you buy. We ship by USPS Media Mail, usually within 1–2 business days of your order, and orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier delays can occur. Please make sure your shipping address is correct; we're not responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.
Intellectual Property
The Seasons books and all content on this site, including text, design, and images, are owned by Eddy Guerrier, LLC and protected by copyright. Your purchase is for personal use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any part of the books or this site without our written permission, except for brief quotations in reviews or teaching with attribution.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
