Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Eddy Guerrier, LLC ("we," "us," "our") collects when you visit this website or buy the Seasons devotional series, and how we use it. We collect only what we need to fulfill your order.
Information We Collect
When you place an order:
- Your name, email address, and shipping address
- What you ordered, the amounts paid (including shipping, tax, and any discount), and the order date
Payment is handled entirely by Stripe. Your card number and other payment details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by us. Stripe's use of your information is described in the Stripe Privacy Policy.
When you browse the site:
- Your shopping cart is saved in your own browser (local storage) so it's still there if you leave and come back. It isn't sent to us until you check out.
- Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, to keep the site secure and running.
- The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
We do not currently use analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not set our own cookies. Stripe may use cookies on its checkout page to prevent fraud.
How We Use Your Information
- To process, ship, and support your order, including refunds and replacements under our refund policy
- To contact you about your order
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure
- To keep records required for tax and accounting
We do not have a mailing list and will not send you marketing emails. We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising.
Who We Share It With
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the store, and only as needed for that purpose:
- Stripe: payment processing
- Supabase: secure storage of order records
- Vercel: website hosting
- Shipping carriers and fulfillment partners: delivering your order
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
How Long We Keep It
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill and support your order and to meet tax and accounting requirements, generally up to seven years. After that, we delete them.
Your Choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us below. We'll honor your request unless we're required to keep the information, for example for tax records. You can clear your saved cart at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Security
We use reputable providers and industry-standard safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the updated version here with a new effective date.
